Abstract

|
목적: 본 연구는 국내 간호사를 대상으로 한국어판 간호사 직장내 괴롭힘 측정도구의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하기 위한 연구이다.
방법: 본 연구는 300병상 이상의 종합병원에서 근무하고 있는 간호사 392명을 대상으로 자가보고 설문지를 이용하여 시행하였다. 본 연구에서 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0와 Amos 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 내용타당도, 구성타당도, 준거타당도와 신뢰도를 분석하였다.
결과: 한국어판 간호사 직장 내 괴롭힘 측정도구는 6개의 하위영역과 37개 문항으로 구성되었다. 요인별로 보면, 자기 자신과 소통에 대한 괴롭힘 11문항, 심리와 피로에 미치는 영향 8문항, 조직 및 관리에 미치는 영향 8문항, 개인과 전문적 관계에 대한 괴롭힘 5문항, 건강에 미치는 영향 2문항, 사회적 관계에 미치는 영향 3문항이다. 한국어판 간호사의 직장 내 괴롭힘 측정도구의 확인적 요인분석 모형 적합도는 χ2/df=2.90, CFI=.90, GFI=.85, NFI=.86, RMR=.06, RMSEA=.06, TLI=.89로 나타났다. 또한, 한국어판 직장 내 괴롭힘의 Cronbach’s α값이 .85로 나타나 신뢰성을 가진 도구라 판단된다.
결론 : 한국어판 간호사 직장 내 괴롭힘 측정도구는 국내 병원 간호사를 대상으로 구성타당도와 내적 일관성이 검증되어 적용 가능성을 확인하였다.

Purpose: In this study the validity and reliability of the Korean version of the bullying (bullying-K) measure for nurses in Korea was investigated.
Methods: Participants included 392 nurses from general hospitals with over 300 beds in Korea and was carried out for 2 months in the form of self reporting questionnaires. In this study the content validity, construct validity, concurrent validity and reliability were verified using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 20.0.
Results: The Korean version of the bullying measurement which is comprised of six factors, with a total of 37 questions that include eleven regarding attacks towards showing oneself and communication, eight regarding effects on psychology and fatigue, eight regarding effects of the organization and management, five regarding attacks towards personal and professional relationships, two regarding effects on health and three regarding effects on social relationships. The Korean version of the bullying measurement was validated by confirmatory factor analysis (x 2 /df=2.90, CFI=.90, GFI=.85, NFI=.86, RMR=.06, RMSEA=.06, TLI=.89). Furthermore, the reliability verification showed Cronbach's ?= .85, confirming that the Korean version of the tool in this study was very reliable.
Conclusion: This study showed that the Korean version of the bullying measurement is a valid and reliable instrument to assess nurses in Korea.
